1. Are your products truly handmade?

Yes! All of our pottery is 100% handmade by skilled artisans in Fez, Morocco, using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

2. Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from Fez, Morocco. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

3. How long does it take to ship to the United States?

Standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on customs and location. We provide tracking for each order.

4. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders!

5. Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged.

6. What should I do if my item is damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and attach photos of the damaged item. We will either replace it or refund you in full.

7. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we love custom work! Contact us with your idea and we'll let you know what's available.

8. How do I care for my pottery?

Our pieces are both decorative and functional. They're microwaveable and dishwasher safe.
